Yesterday,had PE,didn't any warm ups and started doing 5 batteries,SUCKS man!
I train for standing board jump till my leg pain and can't even walk properly.
It's like WTF,the next bloody day gonna have NAPFA and we got muscle ache,practically the whole class who did PE luh.

Today,NAPFA,regardless how much pain i'm suffering,i perserver and strived better,which i'm happy!
I've improve my standing board jump!:D

Damn it luh,last year just because of standing board jump,i got 29 points and not 30 points,freaking pissed!!!!SIGH.
